Issue: Many students are experiencing issues with Gathering and Religion Times. Here are some of the common issues with related knowledge articles that may help:
- Can't edit Religion Class gathering mid-term (KA-02274 Selecting a Gathering and Religion Time)
- Change PC Gathering Day and/or Time mid-term (Fill out this form https://forms.office.com/r/LGznrHeRzJ or talk to your current missionaries)
- Unable to see a PC Gathering and/or Religion Time (no time available)
- Gathering Link not working (KA-02600 PathwayConnect Gathering Link not Working)
- No Active PC Courses (KA-02599 No Active Courses, unable to select PathwayConnect Gathering)
- Unable to see EnglishConnect Gathering
- Incorrect Gathering Hold
Resolution Progress: Our engineers and product managers are aware of these issues and are working on permanent solutions to prevent them from happening in the future. We do not currently have an estimated date/time for resolution.
In the meantime, students experiencing any of these Gathering or Religion Time issues are encouraged to follow the Knowledge Articles associated with the problem above and/or submit a support request and select "Hold - Gathering" or "Gathering Questions."
