If the PathwayConnect Gathering link to 'Join Meeting' is not working do the following:
  • Verify that you selected a Virtual Gathering
  • Verify the Gathering you are in is for the current term
  • If you are not in a correct Gathering, fill out this form: https://forms.office.com/r/LGznrHeRzJ
  • If you are in the correct Gathering, go to Support > My Success Team and reach out to your Missionaries
  • If you are not able to see your Missionaries, go to https://help.byupathway.edu/
  • Sign-in with your byupathway.edu email
  • Click Submit a New Request
  • Title-PathwayConnect Gathering link not working
  • Product/Service-Gathering Questions
  • Send screenshots including the URL
  • Indicate that you don’t have Missionaries assigned to contact
  • Click Submit
