Knowledge Base - Article Details

Students seeing No Active Courses in their Class Schedule and have a PathwayConnect Gathering Hold and can't select a Gathering should do the following:
  • Go to https://help.byupathway.edu/
  • Sign-in with your byupathway.edu email
  • Click Submit a New Request
  • Title-No Active Courses Found
  • Product/Service-Class Schedule – Add a course/register
  • Choose number of classes to add as 1
  • In the description write that you need the correct PathwayConnect courses added so that you can choose a Gathering.  Please notify when the correct course(s) have been added so I can choose the Gathering.
  • Check the box about understanding holds need to be resolved
  • Click Submit

Note:  Students seeing this issue typically are needing to retake a PC course.  If you know which course you need to retake, please make sure to note that in the description.
