Gathering and Religion Time Issues

If you are experiencing issues with Gathering or Religion Times, review the common issues below and use the related Knowledge Articles to resolve them.

Religion Gatherings:

• Can't edit Religion Class gathering mid-term: Related Article

PC Gatherings:

• Need to change PC Gathering day and/or time mid-term: Fill out this form or talk to your current missionaries
• Gathering link not working: Related Article
• No active PC courses (unable to select a Gathering): Related Article
• Incorrect Gathering Hold: Please submit a support request and select "Hold - Gathering" or "Gathering Questions"

Resolution Progress

Once you follow the instructions in the related articles above and take the necessary actions (such as selecting a time or contacting missionaries), the Gathering or Religion Time hold will be removed automatically.
No additional follow-up is usually required unless the issue continues after you have completed the steps.
