​​​​​​If you have an Ecclesiastical Endorsement Hold on your account, follow the steps below to try to remove the hold.

  1. Open your Student Portal.

  2. Navigate to Documents > Ecclesiastical Endorsement. 

  3. Click Begin My Endorsement. 

  4. Your status should begin by showing as Request Started. 

  5. After a few minutes, your status should show as Meet with Bishop, if you are a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

    * If you are a Friend of the Church, it will say Meet with Bishop or Meet with Leader (if you would prefer to meet with a clergy of your own faith).

  6. Please visit with your Bishop/Leader. 

  7. Once you have completed the interview with your Bishop/Leader, your status will then be updated to Meet with Stake Presidency/Meet with Chaplain.

  8. Please visit with your Stake President/Chaplain. 

  9. Once your endorsement has been approved, the hold should clear from your account.
