​​​​​​If you have a Ecclesiastical Endorsement Hold on your account, follow the steps below to try to remove the hold.

1. Open your Student Portal.

2. Navigate to Documents > Ecclesiastical Endorsement. 

3. Click Begin My Endorsement. 

4. Your status should begin by showing as Request Started. 

5. After a few minutes, your status should show as Meet with Bishop. 

6. Please visit with your Bishop. 

7. Once you have completed the interview with your Bishop, your status will then updated to Meet with Stake Presidency.

   1. After your initial endorsement, each subsequent endorsement request will only require the approval of your Bishop.

8. Please visit with your Stake President. 

9. Once your Stake President approves you, the hold should clear from your account.
