Issue: Many students are experiencing issues when trying to make payments or get tuition discounts.
  • Session Timeout error message 
  • Student gets a "no balance due" message when trying to make a payment (KA-02691 No Balance Due)
  • Discounts are showing as a credit instead of a zero balance (The Finance Team is actively fixing these students)
Resolution Progress: Our engineers and product managers are aware of these issues and are working on permanent solutions to prevent these from happening in the future.  We do not currently have an estimated date/time for resolution.
 
Here is an additional list of known payment issues that were recently fixed:
  • 15% discount not showing
  • Address the issue preventing payment
  • Can't make a payment - Payments posted several weeks late this last term and prevented students from making payments.
  • Student charged the wrong tuition rate
  • Heber J. Grant discount not showing
