Problem: When trying to make a payment the student gets a Session Timeout Error.  This error occurs when a student tries to make a payment, but does not finish the process within 15 minutes.
Solution: Note these instructions are for the Google Chrome browser.  Please use it when applying the solution.
  • Click the button just to the left of portal.byupathway.edu in the address bar

  • Choose Cookies and Site Data
  • Manage on-device site data
  • Find the secureacceptance.cybersource.com cookie and click the 3 dots next to it.

  • Choose Delete when you close all windows

  • Click the Trash Can icon that appears

  • Click Done

  • Click the Reload button that appears

  • Payment page will now load properly
