Issue: Students that see they have a balance but when clicking into it they are told that there is no balance to pay.
 
Cause: This is typically caused by pending charges that have not yet been posted. Please do the following:
  1. Log in to your student portal. 
  2. Navigate to Finances > Account Information.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and check for pending charges.
    1. If there are pending charges, you will need to wait until the charges are posted, after the term begins.
    2. If there are no pending charges and you are seeing a balance you cannot pay, please log in to the Help Center and submit a new help request.
