Issue: Students that see they have a balance but when clicking into it they are told that there is no balance to pay.
Cause: This is typically caused by pending charges that have not yet been posted. Please do the following:
- Log in to your student portal.
- Navigate to Finances > Account Information.
- Scroll to the bottom and check for pending charges.
- If there are pending charges, you will need to wait until the charges are posted, after the term begins.
- If there are no pending charges and you are seeing a balance you cannot pay, please log in to the Help Center and submit a new help request.
