Issue: Many students are currently experiencing an issue with their course(s) in Canvas disappearing suddenly.

If the missing course is not found on the Student Portal home page, then the student is not registered for the missing course. If the student was unregistered in error and the course disappeared from the Student Portal homepage, then please follow the instructions below.

Resolution Progress: Please submit a support request by doing the following:

  1. Log into the Help Center.
  2. Click the + Submit New Request button.
  3. Select the Product/Service as Canvas – Course Issue
  4. Set the Title as Course Missing in Canvas.
  5. Include the missing course(s) in the Description field.
  6. Attach a screenshot of your Canvas dashboard and the Student Portal homepage.
  7. Click the Submit button.
