• Registration Issue: Formerly registered course no longer appears on student portal homepage.
• Canvas Issue: Currently registered course, which appears on the student portal homepage, is missing in Canvas.

Please see the knowledge article Incorrect or Missing Courses in Canvas for help in identifying if this is a registration issue or a Canvas issue.

Registration Issue Support: Please follow the instructions in  Registration Issues article. 

Canvas Issue Support: Please submit a support request by doing the following:

1. Log in to the Help Center.
2. Click the + Submit New Request button.
3. Select the Topic as Canvas – Course Issue. 
4. Set the Title as Course Missing in Canvas.
5. Include the missing course(s) in the Description field, i.e. REL250A, PUBH132, etc.
6. Attach a screenshot of your Canvas dashboard and the Student Portal homepage.
7. Click the Submit button.
