Issue: Many students are currently experiencing registration issues consisting of but not limited to the following:
- Registration button missing
- No classes available to register
- Classes needed are not showing up
- Error message: “Changes taking longer than expected”
Resolution Progress: Our engineers and product managers are aware of these issues and are working on permanent solutions to prevent these from happening in the future. We do not currently have an estimated date/time for resolution.
In the meantime, students experiencing any of these registration issues are encouraged to submit a support request and select the drop-down option of “Class Schedule – Add a Course/Register.”
Students getting the error message, "Changes taking longer than expected," will often see the error message disappear after waiting 24 hours.
