Issue: Many students are currently experiencing a variety registration issues, including but not limited to:

  • Registration button missing
  • No classes available to register
  • Classes needed are not showing up
  • Class Schedule stuck on a wait message

Our engineers and product managers are aware of these issues and are working on permanent solutions to prevent these from happening in the future. We do not currently have an estimated date/time for resolution.

Resolution: In the meantime, students experiencing any registration issues are encouraged to submit a support request:

  1. Log in to the Help Center.
  2. Click the + Submit New Request button.
  3. Select the Topic as Class Schedule – Add a Course/Register.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Click the Submit button.
