Step 1: If you have not yet reapplied, please go to https://apply.byupathway.edu and submit a new application.

Step 2: If it says that you are already admitted and do not need to reapply, please log into the Help Center and click + Submit New Request with the following information:

  • Title: Unable to Remove General Hold

  • Topic: Other

    • Select System Issue

    • Paste the URL of the Holds & Alerts page

  • Attachment: Screenshot of Holds & Alerts page in the student portal showing the General Hold
