Incorrect Courses in Class Schedule

You may be affected if you notice:

- Completed or satisfied courses being re-added or replanned
- Missing required or elective courses in your plan
- Courses appearing out of sequence or order
- Inability to view future terms
What You Can Do
If you are experiencing any of these planning issues, please submit a support request by following these steps:
- Log into the Help Center.
- Click the + Submit New Request button.
- Select the Topic: Class Schedule – Incorrect Classes Showing in My Plan.
- Enter a clear Title and provide a detailed Description of the issue (include the term, course names, and what you’re seeing).
- Attach screenshots of the error.
- Click Submit.
