Step 1: Sign in to help.byupathway.edu

Step 2: You can view your support requests under the section “My Support Requests.” 

Step 3: Select the case you would like to re-open

  • Note: Reopening is not available for cancelled cases. Only recently closed cases may be reopened.

Step 4: Scroll down until you see the “Reopen Case” button, then click it.

Step 5: In the text box, enter the reason for reopening the case.



Step 6: Click "Reopen Case."
 


Step 7: After the page reloads, the case title will show “REOPENED” to confirm the case has been reopened.
