If you did not receive your 1098-T tax document, and are needing it for your U.S. tax forms, you will want to follow these steps. Please note that we sent out all 1098-T documents on January 31st. If you live within the United States, but have not received the form by February 10th, you should follow the steps below. If you live outside of the U.S. but are also needing the 1098-T tax document, you will want to follow these instructions once February 17th has passed.

Step 1: Check Your Social Security Number is Correct In Your Student Portal
  • If it is not correct, please update it with your correct social security number. Here is a guide on how you can edit your SSN.
Step 2: Check Your Address is Correct in Your Student Portal
  • One reason you did not receive the document, could be due to an address error. Please fix your address in your student portal.
  • If you fixed/ changed either your address, or Social Security Number, you will want to create a ticket request in the Help Center. Include the following information in your request.
    • Title of Ticket: "Request 1098-T"
    • In the description box of the ticket, please explain that you did not receive your 1098-T form and have changed either your address or Social Security Number, and would like to request for a new one to be sent to you.
Important: If you do not edit your SSN or address by March 31st, a 1098-T tax document will not be able to be issued for the previous year.
