If you took a formal leave of absence and are unable to register because you cannot select the program or degree in the student portal, you will want to follow these steps.
Step 1: Create a ticket in the help center, your title should say "Returning From Leave of Absence".
Step 2: In the topic section, select "Class Schedule - No course available/can't see future terms".
Step 3: In the notes section, let Support know that you are unable to return to your studies with BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
Provide Details
Support will then create a ticket, please confirm what degree, certificates, or catalog year you are wanting to continue taking. This information is important to include in the notes of your ticket.
Wait for confirmation
Support will update your records. You will receive a confirmation email once the change has been made. Then you can then register for your courses.
