Step 1: Sign in to Help Center
Step 2: You can view your support requests under the section “My Support Requests.”
Step 3: Check the status of each request using the tags below the support request title and the last updated date:
In Progress (Blue) - Active cases currently being worked on
Close (Green) - Cases that have been resolved
Cancelled (Red) - Requests that were cancelled
Step 4: Use the “View” dropdown filter to sort your requests by All Cases, Open Cases, or Closed Cases.
Step 5: Click each request to view full details and updates about the support request you submitted.
Step 6: You can also scroll down to the Communication Timeline to view the detailed progress of your support request.
