Known Issue: Gatherings are scheduled but not showing in Student Portal.

Cause: Issue may occur after selecting another Gathering such as an EnglishConnect Gathering. It also may occur due to a system issue that deactivates the selected Gathering.

 

Next Steps:

Step 1: Try to reschedule your Gathering.

Step 2: If a Server Error message appears or no Gathering times show, log into the Help Center to create a ticket.

Step 3: Sign in and choose

  • Title: "My Gathering Dropped, Unable to Reschedule"
  • Copy and paste website URL
  • In description box, provide a brief description of the issue
  • Add a screenshot as an attachment

Step 4: Click Submit
