If you find an error in your 1098-T Tax Document, you will need to create a ticket in the Help Center.

Step 1: Log Into the Help Center

Step 2: In the title section of the request, title it with "Request 1098-T- Review".

Step 3: In the description box, please explain what section of the form you see an error. Include any additional information that you feel like would be useful for the BYU-Pathway Finance team.

Step 4: Hit 'Submit'
