Issue: When going to the Help Center and selecting "Class Schedule - Add a Course/Register" to submit a help request, the student sees a spinning wheel that says, "Retrieving your data." 

Solution:

  • If the spinning wheel does not go away, students should still be able to submit their request by continuing to answer all the questions that follow:

    • Click "No/Not Sure" for the Is your information correct question

    • Select the correct Program

    • If Program is EnglishConnect or PathwayConnect select the number of classes to Add

    • If Program is Certificates and Degrees select Catalog Year, Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, and Certificates

    • Select the number of classes to Add

    • Add details for what went wrong when trying to register

    • Check the box for the holds question

    • Attach any screenshots of the issue

    • Click Submit
