Third-Party Enrollment Verification Request- (Anyone who is NOT the student wanting to verify that a student is attending BYU Pathway)

Email the Request: 

  1. Email the request to- verifications@byupathway.edu 
  2. The email needs to include-
  • Release form with the student signature granting permission to release their information is required.
  • The form or document the business or institution is asking to be filled out.
  • If they don’t have a form, then please include the information that they are requesting- ex: birth date, enrollment date, enrollment status, etc.

 Please allow 7-10 business days for our office to complete any forms and email back the completed forms.
