Issue: Students may experience the following issues with their Class Schedule:
  • Completed or satisfied courses, replanning
  • Missing required and/or elective courses
  • Courses appearing out of order
  • Can't see future terms

Resolution Progress: Our engineers and product managers are aware of these issues and are working on permanent solutions to prevent these from happening in the future. We do not currently have an estimated date/time for resolution.

In the meantime, students experiencing any of these planning issues are encouraged to submit a support request by doing the following:

  1. Log into the Help Center.
  2. Click the + Submit New Request button.
  3. Select the Product/Service as Class Schedule – Incorrect Classes Showing in My Plan
  4. Write a Title and a detailed Description of the issue.
  5. Attach screenshots of the error.
  6. Click the Submit button.
