Follow these instructions to reopen a closed case when the same issue is not resolved. If you have a new or unrelated issue, please open a new case.
1. Navigate to the Help Center and Login
2. Under "My Support Requests" click on the ticket you want to reopen (Please note that after 1 week, closed tickets will disappear)
3. After clicking into the ticket you want to re-open, scroll to the bottom and hit the button "Re-Open Ticket".
4. Then fill out the text box with the information on why you are re-opening the case.
5. To add any additional comments, you can scroll to the bottom of the newly re-opened case, and add any additional comments.
