If you are having issues with registering for any of your courses, please create a Support Request in the Help Center. 

 

Before creating a Support Request, please note that you may request manual registration for up to 4 courses in total, including any courses you have already registered for. 

For example, If you are already registered for 2 courses, you may request manual registration for up to 2 additional courses.

 

Steps to Create a Support Request:

1. Log in to the Help Center: 

2. Confirm that there are no holds on your account

3. Click the button, "+Submit a New Request"

4. In the Product/Service field, select "Class Schedule- Add A Course".

5. In your support request, include your catalog year, desired certificate, and degree.

6. Include the courses you wish to be registered for (4 in total)

7. Submit request
