How to Opt-In or Opt-Out of Receiving Text Messages
On your portal, you can opt-in or opt-out of receiving text messages from BYU-Pathway Worldwide on the SMS tab under the Personal Information page (see How to Update Personal Information).
Open your Student Portal.
Navigate to My Profile > My Information > Personal Information.
Under the SMS tab, you can choose to opt-in or opt-out of receiving text messages from BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
To Opt-In:
- Verify your mobile number.
- Accept the SMS disclaimer.
- Select your phone provider from the drop-down menu (choose “Any Provider” if only one option is available).
- Save your settings.
To Opt-Out:
- Simply reply “STOP” to any message received from BYU-Pathway Worldwide
