There are three ways to view holds on your account, all of which are in your Student Portal:

Homepage 

1. Open your Student Portal. 
2. Under the Holds & Alerts header, click Holds & Alerts. 

Message Center 

1. Open your Student Portal. 
2. Navigate to My Profile > Message Center. 
3. Your current account holds will show under Holds.  

Holds Icon 

1. Open your Student Portal. 
2. In the top-left corner of the page, there should be two icons.  
3. Click on the octagon containing an exclamation point. 
4. A dialogue box will appear titled Holds. 
   • This will give you an abbreviated view of your holds. 
   • To see all of your holds, click View all holds.
