Withrawal/Tuition Refund

Enrolled Pathway students called into active service by their armed forces while enrolled in courses may receive assistance in withdrawing from courses and obtaining a tuition refund.   
 
Employee Procedure: 
Requests for assistance will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The student will need to provide documentation to show the military activation was not voluntary.
After we receive the documentation:
  1. Ask the student if they would like to withdraw or be placed in a virtual gathering group
  2. If they say they would like to withdraw, guide them through the process (when applicable) and send the ticket to the finance team with a note telling them to refund the tuition
If they are unable to withdraw themselves, please consult with the Enrollment Services Specialist
